General Membership Meeting 2020 Updates

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of City Sports Club Cebu, Inc., will be held on 20 November 2020 Friday, at the Club’s Sinulog Ballrooms 1 & 2 at 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon, with the following agenda:

• Determination of Quorum
• Approval of the Minutes of the Previous Meeting
• Approval of Annual Report
• Ratification of all Acts and Resolutions of the Board of Directors and Officers During the Preceding Year
• Management Update
• Election of Three (3) Directors
• Authorize the Board to Elect External Auditors and Fixing the Remuneration
• Other Relevant Matters
• Adjournment

Stockholders on record as of the close of business on 16 October 2020 are entitled to vote in this meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please fill up and return by mail, fax or by hand the enclosed Proxy Form at the address stated herein. To be valid, the proxy form duly signed and filled-up, must be received at least five (5) days before the date of the Annual Meeting or not later than 13 November 2020.
